Our state-of-the-art web servers are running Unix— the
most stable operating system in the world. The Apache web server
software is the same platform that over 90% of web sites worldwide
are hosted on. (Sorry, we don't support Frontpage extensions.)
High Desert Web's hosting package includes 10 email accounts
and unlimited aliases for only $10 per month. Additional drive
space is also available.
Single Home Page Site: Contains the basic information
about your business/organization, such as purpose, location, hours
of operation, and contact information. Design is basic and page
is not too long; includes company logo and maybe a couple of other
graphics/photos.
Brochure site: Usually 10-20 pages, such as
Home Page, About Our Company, description of products or services,
and Contact page. May also include ordering information (e.g.
printable order form download; quote request form), but does not
allow for online order placement.
Small Business site: Similar to above site,
but has the option of online ordering. Cost of online ordering
depends of technology used (like manual vs. real-time processing).
This also applies to non-profit organizations who wish to accept
donations via their web site.
E-Commerce Site: Using our tools you can accomplish
tasks like adding new products, keeping track of inventory, maintaining
sales report, launching a new product range, keeping records of
your customers, receiving online payments and doing everything
else you need manage your online store, all of it from an easy
to use graphical interface. This system is completely real-time
and any changes you make will be shown immediately online. (High
Desert Web can also take care of maintaining your shopping cart
for you for a low monthly fee.)
Custom Shopping Cart & Donation Forms: We
offer custom programming of shopping carts and donation forms
which can be easily integrated into your web site.
Gallery / Portfolio Site: Ideal for artists
and photographers who wish to display and even sell their work
